We shifted the focus from utility to you. “YOUtility” reframing Evergy around the customer, showing how everything they do connects back to the people they serve. Through split-screen storytelling, the campaign made the invisible visible, linking behind-the-scenes investments to real moments in customers’ lives and repositioning Evergy as a brand built around them.
