Pawsperity | From Purpose to Potential
Organizations focused on workforce development are often defined by the services they provide. But for the people they serve, the impact is more personal. It’s about self-reliance, dignity, and the ability to build a different future. For Pawsperity, that deeper truth wasn’t fully reflected in how they showed up.
We rebuilt the organization around that idea. Starting with positioning, we developed a new name, Pawsperity, to capture both the role of pets and the prosperity they help unlock. From there, we built a brand system to carry that meaning across identity and experience, grounded in the idea of “pet care that unleashes human potential.” The work extended into the design of their new facility, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the same shift, from program-based services to a more human, future-focused experience.
